Appointment Etiquette for Psychic Readings
Please be punctual for your appointment or call ahead if you expect to be late.
I maintain a busy schedule to serve all clients effectively.
Appointment options:
Appointments can be held in person, by phone, FaceTime, or Skype between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, any day of the week.
Late arrivals:
If you arrive late, I may begin your session with the next scheduled client. If I am still available when you arrive, your session will be shortened accordingly, but full payment for the originally booked time is required.
Example: For a 30-minute reading, if you arrive 10 minutes late, you will have 20 minutes for your session but will still pay for the full 30 minutes.
No-shows and rescheduling:
I do not reschedule missed appointments without notice. Respecting appointment times is essential for a productive reading and valuing both your time and mine. Missing an appointment without notice often indicates this is not the right time for us to work together.
New Client Policy
I warmly welcome new clients and will do my best to accommodate you around my current appointments.
Please note: All new clients are required to prepay at the time of booking for their first appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice can:
- Be rescheduled, or
- Be converted into a gift card valid for any service or recipient.
Recording Your Reading
You are welcome and encouraged to record your appointment on your smartphone. Please have your device set up and ready before we start so we can begin promptly. I also keep pad and paper handy for notes during your session.
